We will start classes Sunday the 15th at NOON until 1:30. 

For the new year, we will use this hour and a half long class to build or improve basic dance skills. We will start with a warm up, do some strengthening and flexibility building exercises, and work on building solid technique. I will layer on recognizing rhythm, understanding musical phrasing and hearing what the music is saying (sometimes known as "musicality"). No choreography to learn or remember! Cost is $15 per class or $100 for an eight week session. Sundays starting January 15, 2012 from 12 - 1:30pm.

Watch for cancellations - there is a costuming workshop in the works, plus it will snow eventually... maybe?

The Healing Heart Center is at 3481 Utica Ridge Road in Bettendorf, north of Kimberly Road/Spruce Hills Drive and the Lodge Hotel but south of Trinity Hospital.

Life with small children and Midwestern weather is unpredictable - join the QC Hippers email list or make sure Jenahid has a way to contact you in case of class cancellations. Cancellations will be posted here on the Classes page by 8pm the Saturday before a canceled class. Canceled classes will be made up at the end of the session.
